Any chance to get a feedback removed?


I just had a customer say a video game was received without the game. I don’t think there is anyway I didn’t have the game in the case. When I inspect, I check the game, put it in the case and close it with a sticker (to avoid it opening). This is an FBA ordered. Any chance to get this feedback removed?
