I submitted the POs after they requested POs or vendor invoices, then I got the exact same message back from them again requesting POs or vendor invoices. A phone call with SS was useless–yes, the first rep forwarded me to the catalog dept, but they deal with catalog issues, not approvals. And there is no way to connect me with the approval dept, as they have no direct lines in.
So I had to send an email reply on the case, asking for specific information on exactly what they are looking for, as I had already complied with what they asked for–so why are they asking for it again.
The whole ungating process has changed a lot in regards to amazon ungating services. Retail receipts are no longer working and Amazon is starting to get very strict on the way they are doing things. You can learn more about the whole process at http://www.amazoncategoryapproval.com
We went through this with health about a year ago. The lady we had us then is no longer doing it. I recommend amzungating.com. They did beauty products for us recently and all went well. My friend in North Carolina told me about them and she also used them for grocery about two months ago. Anyone else I talked doing ungating seemed lost! I will say that. My boss told me to get someone to help because we were wasting so much time battling Amazon. So we did. Good luck! ~ Laura
Just submitted for the fourth time. This time I put both UPCs and ASINs on the receipts. They are online receipts, which may not be acceptable depending on who you believe. If these don’t work, I will resubmit with POs that I created to match the receipts (although I will have to add UPCs and ASINs to those as well).
