I’ve been selling vinyl records on Amazon several years know and I don’t know what Amazon has changed but this past month I am finding it near impossible to even come close to finding similar titles and product listings that match the album I want to list?
There are so many different releases and different years they were produced but it seems Amazon has removed
the choices, all but one when there are 10 or more that used to show up? I can’t find much of anything now.
Has anyone else run into this problem & is there something else I need to do? also many of my older vinyl LP’s Do NOT have a UPS code number.
Thanks 4 Any Help;
Amazon Has changed something.
In books, we scan the bar code of a paperback (one barcode, corresponding to one 13-digit isbn, specific to just that one specific book). But what comes up can be the out of print hardback, or an audio book, or a study guide, etc. (It’s worse for a Bible – every color comes up and every binding and every size, even though we’ve scanned a specific one.)
Amazon said they’ve changed things so that when a buyer types in a title, all the forms come up and that has increased Amazon’s sales as some buy a couple forms of the title (we’ve seen more sales – but more returns also as buyer bought the wrong item – like a study guide, thinking it was the book).
My guess is that is happening for you as well.
