My ASIN has been blocked due to a customer complaint that the product sent was scheduled to expire in a little over a month. Even though I immediately authorized a return, Amazon seller performance suspended the listing stating I had sold expired product. I sent in the requested POA and within 24 hours was requested to send in more details. After revising and submitting, I received another request for a POA as if neither of the previous had been received. I then received the product back and it was not close to expiration so I sent in pics of the expiration dates. The next email I received stated my listing is blocked. I don’t know what to do from here. I have excellent feedback and this is the first complaint I’ve had other than a year or so ago when a customer misordered and Amazon agreed and together the matter was resolved. I strive to give outstanding customer service but to have my main listing blocked over a bogus complaint is not right. Emotions aside, I accepted responsibility, complied with requests, and resolved the customer’s complaint. What more can I do?

How many invoices sent with your POA? How recent was the latest? FBA or FBM? Manufacturer authorized wholesale distributor?
Assuming that everything you say is true, I can see why you could have a POA rejected and your listing deleted.

A couple of years ago I had a similar situation happen to me. Had sold hundreds of units throughout the year, received a single bogus claim from a buyer. Amazon blocked me from the ASIN and asked for invoices. I provided them immediately and about a week later I was reinstated.
