There’s a seller creeping into my product line which I suspect is either chinese, or selling used as new. They are selling for a price that I know they can’t honor if it’s actually new with the full manufacturer’s warranty, and in their condition notes they’ve written:
NEW***BEFORE ORDERING***CONTACT US: USfirstname.lastname@example.org***Thanks
I don’t normally care about this kinda thing, but this person has the buy box for a fairly popular listing that I sell on and it’s costing me sales. What kinda violations am I reporting for this(i assume it’s some sort of violation) and who do I email or contact?
Any help would be great. Thank you.
It’s a blatant violation.
Report a listing violation for redirecting traffic offsite,
and their whole store will go poof in a couple of minutes.

Here’s the thing. All of us here, professional sellers, are all in the same boat. Amazon, and in turn us, are strong because of the way we each manage our own businesses. So it’s up to us to police ourselves – to report those that blatantly violate the rules, and also to work with each other to strengthen the marketplace and week out those sellers that give Amazon a bad name. Every now and again, I see something from sellers that I’ve sold along side of for a while with something wrong with a posting or a price or whatever. Do I report them? No. I message them just to make them aware of the situation.
