Buyer demands additional item and leaves negative feedback when we refuse.

A customer asked for an additional accessory to be immediately sent to him. Nobody would ever assume this accessory was included. The printer does not have a duplexing capability by design.
As a result, we got a negative feedback which Amazon refused to remove (tried twice)
The buyer stated that we removed the accessory before shipping it to him.
Can we still have it removed? We have tried twice already

The new printer does not come with it. HP 4100n has a network card installed and nothing else. N stands for network. D – Duplexer, T – Extra Tray, etc

Unfortunately the customer is always right. If you have the item, my advice is just send it. Talk to someone in management after you send the additional item.
