For anyone selling an APPLIANCE and offering a WARRANTY:
Do you guys provide your own company’s email address and such on the packaging or in a note and handle the warranty yourself?
Or do you outsource it to a company?
Or does amazon handle it for you? Like if the product is broken before the warranty ends the customer goes through amazon?
Please help!! Private labeling appliances is extremely hard and this is one of the last bits of information I need ;'( Any input would be appreciated!
