Does this ever happen to anyone? I’m trying to add a new product to inventory and it won’t let me save the info.The save button never becomes active (see pic below) I tried for an hour this morning at 4 am before work and nothing stuck. I’m back online tonight to try again. My supplier needs the FNSKU by tomorrow, but my hands are tied.
Then I clicked the “Incomplete” link, thinking it would allow me to make changes. It takes me to the main product listing and shows the Vital Info and Description just like I entered it, but all the data is gone for the 26 variations (UPC codes, condition, prices). At least I took a screenshot this second time of entering the data for the variations, and I have sent that to Seller Support so they’ll know that the data is being entered and then somehow not being saved.
I have new lines of products to add to my Themis Designs account, so I’m going to add them in the next couple of days even though I won’t be shipping inventory for another month on those. Hopefully Amazon Support can take care of everything at once.
