Fake sellers piggybacking all listings, no help from Amazon, what to do?

I am the designer, manufacturer, and only seller of my Trademarked clothing products (Comfortably Collared). Recently, 8 or more fake sellers have piggybacked on all of listings, selling from Hong Kong and China, listing for about half what we do. Again, we have never sold wholesale, never resold our products, there is absolutely no way they are selling our products. Additionally, they guarrantee delivery 40+ days out. I’ve test ordered these products, but the products never arrive. My assumption is that these criminals aren’t even sending counterfeits, they’re just collecting tons of orders (easily $20k in the past two weeks), sending all “shipping notifications”, waiting for the first Amazon payment, then shutting down that seller account, and opening a new one the next day or hour. Because they haven’t promised delivery until two months later, they’ll get their payment before a single product would arrive at a customer’s door.

I have called Amazon every day, reported about a dozen violations, contacted legal, contacted seller performance, etc. etc. etc. To date, Amazon has offered ZERO HELP! I got an email back from notice@Amazon saying they can’t protect against other sellers selling our products for less. My head nearly exploded – THEY AREN’T SELLING ANYTHING!

My business has gone from making thousands per day, to barely breaking $100. After all, the delivery text is very small, and who would be something for $40, when you think you can get it for $20?

I’ve recently consulted an attorney, and tested the waters with the FBI. If I cannot get a response from Amazon soon, I’m going to push hard with each of those channels. Any other recommendations? I’m desperate.

I completely agree! It is absolutely mind-boggling that Amazon is letting this happen. It’s actually such a simple, yet effective scheme these sellers (crooks) are using, and this monster of a company is too slow and disconnected to see it.

I’m even at the point where I’m considering hiring a private investigator to figure out who these sellers are, as I suspect it’s one or two groups, with a million accounts. I hate losing money, but I REALLY hate being ripped off. I’m not resting until this ridiculous situation is solved. And yes, Bezos will receive a tweet from my business every day until it is solved.
