For those of you that insert a 'thank you' card into your packages, do you also add your email address/website etc.? I think this is an area of uncertainty with Amazon TOS.

Email address and website is definitely against TOS. Im trying to understand if its also illegal to have a poly bag with a little card in it ‘thanking’ for a possible review. obviously post sale so in theory ok.. but someone told me the card itself in a poly bag is against TOS. really don’t know about this.

Yes I’m confused too – however most people I’ve spoken to send something out. As you say it is post sale so shouldn’t be Amazon’s concern then. Who knows…

I would have thought that ‘asking for feedback’ would be ok. The can be taken any way they want. It’s not necessarily a review. It could be a complaint or anything

Yeah, thanking for a review is probably against ToS.

A nice insert that is super slick espousing how great the product is I’d probably ok
