I buy all my shipping labels through Amazon and I have bought shipping labels and had the customer do a return request the same day before the package was picked up. I applied for a refund for the shipping label and refunded the buyer in full. This has happened 5 times in the last 90 days.
Why does this count against valid tracking when nothing was shipped and the buyer knows not to check tracking because I let them know I caught it in time and they got refunded?
Should I have shipped anyway?
It is not a glitch.
Once you have confirmed you have shipped you cannot cancel an order.
Take the valid tracking hit or suffer the cost of postage and potential product loss.
5 cancellations after you shave confirmed in 90 days is a lot, unless you are selling a whole lot of product.
Are your buyers finding lower prices or that your product has bad reveiws?
