Has anyone used Refunds Manager? I’ve tried it the past week, and it’s a piece of garbage. The software has set there for 6 days doing nothing while claiming to “register cases”. The support is nonexistent. I’m guessing they pulled the plug on this piece of crap.
Here is a real nice article on the topic of the best ways Amazon sellers can manage getting their money reimbursed/ refunded/ back from Amazon
I am already auditing Amazon’s accounting practices.. last thing I want to do is audit Refunds Manager to make sure it is auditing Amazon Accounting software correctly. Thats insane…. I have decided there is no better way than making the person who has the most invested interest to audit the business’s accounting (that would be myself).
We audited refunds some time ago and Amazon at that time was 100% accurate. But after all the refunds this year, I don’t know where it stands. Its very maddening there is no simple way to see if refunded items were properly reimbursed if they were not returned.
We used Refunds Manager for a while and it did recover a bit of cash for us, but ultimately ended up ditching it due to pricing and bad interface. Started beta testing AMZSuite.com and it seems like it’s going to end up being a much more polished reconciliation tool.
