Has anyone used RefundsManager? I’ve tried it the past week, and it’s a piece of garbage. The software has set there for 6 days doing nothing while claiming to “register cases”. The support is nonexistent. I’m guessing they pulled the plug on this piece of crap.
All these services need time. In general, over 12 months you will get all the refunds due for the 18 months prior and those 12 months going forward. So, over 12 months you will get 20 months worth of refunds. Here is a list of the best reimbursement tools and refunds managers for FBA sellers.
- yes, this is a nice article. I signed up for one plus I saw an ad for a cheap service that I have been only dreaming about. Thanks CRSeller

I am already auditing Amazon’s accounting practices.. last thing I want to do is audit RefundsManager to make sure it is auditing Amazon Accounting software correctly. Thats insane…. I have decided there is no better way than making the person who has the most invested interest to audit the business’s accounting (that would be myself).
We audited refunds some time ago and Amazon at that time was 100% accurate. But after all the refunds this year, I don’t know where it stands. Its very maddening there is no simple way to see if refunded items were properly reimbursed if they were not returned.
