Hello all, Quick question, please. Has anyone ever had a shipment stuck in customs for an extended period? My shipment hasn't moved since Dec 16. I've called UPS daily and keep getting different answers. Some reps say it's lost and I need to open a claim.

Quick question, please. Has anyone ever had a shipment stuck in customs for an extended period? My shipment hasn’t moved since Dec 16. I’ve called UPS daily and keep getting different answers. Some reps say it’s lost and I need to open a claim. Another one told me this week that It’s being held by customs and it could take 30-60 days to get released?

I’m not sure which way to turn at this point….

Then your supplier is responsible for following up. This happened to me before. Contact your vendor and ask them to check into it. They have relationships with the shipping companies, and should be able to help.
