First off, we here on the FBAforward Team apologize for the delay in response to any requests you may have made regarding your order. Our business has been built upon a higher level of service. Our intent has not been to delay any response to you or others.

Secondly, we have not been able to provide any information regarding your order recently due to unforeseen circumstances. These circumstances required us to move locations with little notice to you. You may have noted a recent email detailing our move over the previous weekend. We are only now beginning to return to normal operations.

Third, the above mentioned move was caused by a fire that occurred near the location of our warehouse on 12/30/2015. Due to the damage caused around our warehouse location, we have not been permitted to return to the building or enter the premises. As such, we have been unable to determine the status of any order within. We do not know the extent of the damage and are unable to answer any questions related to individual orders that are still within the warehouse.

Lastly, we know there are likely many questions you and others may have regarding your order and your items. If you had items in our warehouse that did not ship to Amazon prior to 12/29/2015, we will be following up on the status of your items. We are working diligently with our legal team and our insurance providers to find these answers for you. The FBAforward Team is committed to helping all our clients who may be impacted by this tragedy. We apologize for any and all inconvenience this may cause. We will provide updates as they become available from our legal team and our insurance providers.

File a claim with them im guessing should work. I think they were fielding emails at insurance@fbaforward.com

    Anthony Monfet is a liar and a scam artist….He got multiple items that people had posted about him removed when he could. He has taken money from lots of people online for consulting, products, services and has no intention of honoring those commitments….just look online at the scams that are listed with his name. He has moved to New Jersey back to his parents home to get away from issues in Alabama.
