Hi, how do you guys deal with returns that claim to be "Product is not as described on website" I know a customer needs to give a reason to be able to return an item for free, so its feasible to assume that this is sometimes not the case. Has anyone ever

Hi, how do you guys deal with returns that claim to be “Product is not as described on website” I know a customer needs to give a reason to be able to return an item for free, so its feasible to assume that this is sometimes not the case. Has anyone ever contacted the customer, to find out more information?
