how do you deal with item that arrive broken or damaged. I had so far two people contact that the item they received was damaged (despite my best efforts to have very protective packaging). I’m an international seller so I just can’t ship out a replacement from home. If the item is for example USD35, can I just give them a USD35 code? How about the shipping expense they will have to pay. Can’t wait to hear your best practices.
