How to Supply Files (Software Examples, etc) for Product to Buyers? (Email)

Hi, I’m planning to begin using Fulfillment by Amazon soon, and after reviewing email requirements/restrictions I see message attachment file types allowed are pretty limited.

I’ll need to supply small files to the buyer for use with my product (software examples, etc.).

If .ZIP files cannot be attached, and links cannot be used with Amazon buyer-seller emails (to direct them to download from Dropbox, etc), how can I do this?

In short, you may not.

Examples of Prohibited Listings:

Products made available by digital download, including “codes” that can be used to access content on other websites or services.

Include written directions with your product or purchase small flash drives and include them with the product

Instead of having to deal with emails to provide stuff — which, as pointed out from the previous poster is not allowed, put all the files on a cheap flash drive or CD-ROM and include it in the product packaging. It will be easier for the buyer and keep you in compliance with Amazon’s policy on digital content.
