I am not marking any money and want to file bankruptcy. How do I file income tax? Should I file bankruptcy before or after file income tax? Any advice or documentation would be appreciated

You need to talk to a bankruptcy attorney. You can find one online in your town/city.

Filing bankruptcy yourself sounds to me roughly as wise as performing surgery on yourself.

If you don’t owe a bunch of people money, just take the losses on taxes. You will get more money back because of write offs.

Then by definition you are not bankrupt. Get a good accountant to help you with your tax return. THAT, you definitely need.
