I had my cargo shipped to an airport in Phoenix since Amazon wanted 90% of my product to go to the Phoenix warehouse. My broker told me UPS could pick up the inventory from the airport warehouse, but when I spoke to UPS they said they can only pick up if the labels are already applied. The airport will not apply labels, UPS will not apply labels…… does anyone know what the best way would be to get the products from the airport to the amazon warehouse. Should I use a third party logistics team to label and transport the goods??

Yes, you need to work with your forwarder/broker on this. If they can’t do it, they may know of a company that can. But understand, that you will most likely incur additional charges b/c of this. Just a heads up.

this is what you do. Search from FBA prep center closest to where your shipment is. Send it all there . Let them label it . Then schedule an LTL from the prep center to Amazon fulfillment center.

The problem is the cargo is at the airport with no one to pick it up as the ups labels are not on the boxes. The cargo literally needs to go 10 miles from Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix to the amzn warehouse in Phoenix, but can’t get ups to pick them up.

that is for inspection. I’m looking for full fulfillment and long term storage services.
