first time poster here.
We have recently started using FBA and things have been going great, we have had to replenish 4 times in the 2 3 weeks we have been FBA-ing.
The other day I sent out a quantity of 25 of a particular SKU where I had set a shipping quantity of 30.
I thought I had correctly reduced the number but I must have done it in another browser tab/window.
Anyway, long story short, how can I notify Amazon or correct the mistake myself, to ensure that there are in fact 25 to expect, not the 30 they are currently expecting at the Fulfilment Centre?

when they mark it as received it will have a difference where it says 30 shipped and 25 received,
3 days after they start receiving it will flag up problems with the shipment and it will give you a drop down to choose from where you can select ‘items not shipped’
don’t worry we have all done it at some point (well I have anyway) lol
can use a shipping agent if can get one to process the delivery into their facility then send on.
Won’t be cheap and adds to the delivery time by at least a couple of days.
Don’t usually deal with shipping agents but know at least some also run their own
