I still don't understand how someone can high jack your own unique product in such a straight forward manner. Has anyone had this done to them and could you share how you dealt with it?

Not always. Depends on the listing and if there’s sufficient intellectual property to cause them infringement.

Yeah – its scummy – at least create your own listing rather than being lazy and hijacking someone else’s!!

There are tons of Alibaba suppliers selling that exact same product. Once they have the product design it’s easy to recreate and also slap on another logo/label and tah-dah! Just a question, is there anything wrong with what these alleged ‘hijackers’ are doing. Isn’t that how most Amazon private label sellers work.
