Looks like I have two options for product for product barcodes put on the units: 1) UPC barcode and then pay Amazon $.20 to apply ASIN barcode or 2) put on ASIN barcodes but no UPC code. Amazon is probably really particular about the ASIN location, which way should I do this? How do I create the scannable code now that I have ASIN?

I only want FBA, not other retail stores. So attaching the Amazon ASIN barcodes before shipping to Amazon will save me $.20 each unit. On your seller central account, inventory, click on the right hand button and scroll to “print item labels”. This new window will allow you to download the exact pdf to print off labels so you, or your manuf, can attach to packaging. Labels have to be precise printing, so I will have my branded stickers attached separately from the FBA labels. More experienced sellers should weigh in please. https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/help.html…&

I printed mine the way you said Mike and gave it to my printer and had them print it on the product label. My product is shrink wrapped so it was easy to scan. Other wise it depends on how Amazon receives your product. If it’s bubble wrapped or something like that your still going to need a separate label so they can scan it. Other wise get the printer to put it on the packaging
