Been trying to resolve a shipping issue since 2th November keep saying it will be resolved in a couple of days keep getting delayed. Missing 2 best months of the year to this… Just started and having made thousands of dollars in development costs + near 10K in stock and having to keep paying the bills every month is probably going to make my business go bust.
Check attached screenshot for how long I’ve been waiting on getting this resolved.. Any idea how I can get any real attention to this? When I call they keep telling me I have to wait couple more days…
The fees you have been paying have been for a Pro account ,not an FBA seller account. AndI wish you had asked here first and saved yourself a lot of time and money and develop an alternate plan.
If you had not begun a shipping plan prior to October 10th, you cannot use FBA until December 19th, period, end of story. It will resolve then.
The IdiotSupportCriters have no power and no brains either. All they will do is relay your request upstairs like the old game “telephone” where it goes in the circular file.
It is a very bad idea to start a business that depends just on Amazon, expecially in 4th quarter where problems continually crop up so new rules crop up.
FBA warehouses were a mess even back in August – glutted with thousands upon thousands of unsaleable products sent in by new sellers who ordered “private label” units by the hundreds and sent them all to FBA. FBA was not smart enough to put limits on new FBA users, who all make the mistake of overestimatnig how many units will sell. They had no choice but to close it to new users so the rest of us wouldn’t have the same thing happen as last year – see our hot selling restocks never get received into inventory, instead sitting in an unloaded semitrailer in the lot since there was no room in the warehouses.
Sorry it happened, but notice was given by Amazon and if Suport gave you the impression an exception could be made, they were flat out lying.
