My selling privileges have been removed due to items not received or late

I received the following from Amazon when I submitted my appeal.

We received your information, but your plan is not complete. Our review of your account found the following problems.
Some of your buyers have not received their orders on time. Explain how you will prevent non-receipt and late-receipt complaints in the future.

To sell on Amazon.com, please reply to this message with your plan to address these issues. Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.

This is what I sent for my appeal

To avoid future non-receipt complaints or late shipping we are going to ship all packages with USPS tracking so the carrier pick up date and delivery date is shown. When the customer contacts us over a non-delivery or late package will ask their choice of replacement or refund. We are also going to give an extra processing day to allow USPS an extra day to confirm shipment so packages will show shipped on or before expected date. We work hard to maintain our quick customer service to keep repeat customers and a great Amazon experience.

Do you have any suggestions to help with this appeal. I don’t want to blow it.

You have to convince Amazon.

In all honesty you didn’t convince me.

What and how were you shipping things?

Even FC mail comes with free tracking.

Edit.

You are selling cheap crap.

And per your reviews, you are selling broken cheap crap.

Your broken cheap crap doesn’t qualify for media.

So how were you even able to ship without tracking?

I won’t say shipping from overseas, otherwise you wouldn’t have the USPS option you so promised.

You should have posted your reply here. We would have told you, that the statement about, non delivery, is the same as you had before. Amazon wants to know how you will stop this. It is possible that they did not read any further.

I don’t understand about the extra processing day. Whose processing yours or the USPS?
Yours will not help you with a timely delivery. The post office works at their own pace. You will not change that.

Rewrite this and the only thing you should list first, is what you will change, to make the item arrive on time.
