Problem with refund request from a customer after 30 days.


Hi guys. I have a question. A customer purchased a $500 product that I fulfilled, then she requested a refund after 30 days, saying that something is defective with it. I authorized the request and received the product back. After getting hold of the manufacturer, I was able to reset it. Now, the product is working fine, but it has a lot of scratches and I won’t be able to see it anymore. I haven’t process the refund. What can/should I do in this situation? Thanks alot. I stopped fulfill my products and do FBA only now.
