Question, how do you handle a return item that came back damaged by customer. I opened the toy and it is very clear that they damaged the item then returned it. How do I handle this with Amazon?

Try to ask for reimbursement. You may be one b of the lucky few.

Unfortunately when you play in the amazon sandbox they set the rules and customers are all important to them.

Happens all the time. Sometimes they’ll reimburse you when they receive it, other times you get to have it. Part of doing business. If it’s utter neglect and not just used, you might get compensated. If there’s no package, and just the item then they’ll reimburse you 10 or 15%.

I got one back with a badly damaged box. Send pics to AZ and they asked for info on label when I had it returned to me. Got $50.00 back for cost of shoes. You gotta try.
