I have been selling this brand for over a year and recently got hit by the new brand restriction. I can keep selling whatever I have already sent to FBA, but I can’t re-stock.
It’s an established large clothing company.
Fine, I have been dealing with the manufacture/wholesaler over 10 years and they wrote me an authorization letter including the ASIN numbers within a few days.
I sent the letter to Amazon, and in less than 2 hours, I get an email saying that my appeal has been declined.
Within 2 hours? Did Amazon even read the letter or verify the authenticity of the letter?
Now what do I do?
I opened a case with this issue and they said the case has been transferred to their “internal team”, and now I am waiting…..
Did this happen to anyone?!?!?!?
I really need to re-stock the item and I’m stuck!!!
