Anyone out there that is a Seller Fulfilled Prime? I have a question. Since we buy our postage directly from Amazon and choose the providers Amazon provides us to get the package there on time. As long as we ship the package out on time. I know we are not hit with metrics if the package is late due to the carrier. My question is what about the negative feedback a customer hits us with when it is late.
