Sent in my private label shipment and over half of it was lost. This is a first for me- How are they going to reimburse for a private label item? Had to upload my invoice- does that mean they'll only be reimbursing me on cost? Thanks!

Not for anything, but why not call seller central and ask *them ?
I have gotten paid on lost items just as if they had been sold. Not half a shipment…. It may still show up somewhere… they often do.
