IN THE CASE where the shipping was purchased through Amazon
AND it is domestic shipping not international
AND the valid tracking is entered for the order confirmation
AND the buyer claims Item not received (INR)
AND the buyer opens an A-Z complaint
THEN Amazon’s relatively new policy is that Amazon will cover the A-Z INR refund to the buyer.
In practice, Amazon has not always followed policy.
It is also Amazon’s strong recommendation to have signature confirmation above a certain value. If you ship a multi-$100 item with out sig con and expect Amazon to have your back on the INR, then you may get a nasty surprise.
