So anyone have any luck with figuring out stranded inventory, I had 3 listings get taken down and listed as stranded. Of course 2 of the 3 were my biggest sellers and could not have happened at the worst time. The stranded report doesn’t give an error message it only shows “incomplete” under the status section?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I opened a case with seller central but sure they are minimum staff for the holiday and then it’s the weekend.
Amazon has updated the process of repairing these errors. It used to be much more difficult to repair by processing each one individually through the several steps outlined in the document stored in the files area. Now Amazon has a page that shows the item and an action item to make the repair from the “Fix Stranded Inventory” Screen. This has made it fairly easy to get these listings back live for the most part. However on occasion there will be an item that needs more attention than an other.
