So I know I can’t leave marketing inserts with my website url into my package because it’s against Amazon’s TOS. But has anyone here put their website on the package design? This seems to be a grey area and I see so many PLers do this all the time.

Warranty cards are fine. But marketing material which advertises your site with an attempt to divert away from Amazon sales process is not. See here.

People still do it but if you get caught, your account will be suspended/banned. I’m, however, asking about use of our website url on a packaging box.

That should be OK – just about everything sold on Amazon has the manufacturers website on the box

I would not do anything that could persuade someone away from Amazon.

Amazon can’t list all of the things that we shouldn’t do.

So it’s prudent to use our best judgement based on what they already say.

It’s clear from policies, that it’s against rules to male attempts. So I personally won’t even try.

If I brand well enough, a Google search can help people find me.
