So I sell a product that is fragile. I have contacted Amazon to make sure that they mark the packages for my sales as “Fragile” and they have done so and everything has been fine.
Recently I received a message from a customer that received one of my products broken upon arrival.
This means that Amazon shipped the item and it was damaged during shipment.
I have spoken to the buyer and they understood but went ahead and left a two star review basically talking about how it arrived broken and they also stated “I can’t really rate this product since I was never able to use it.”
Everytime I call Amazon Seller Support to get the review removed they completely understand and say that it should be removed then they say they have to send the problem to “the department that handles this kind of situation”.
Then I received an email that says they are not able to remove the review because it doesn’t violate Amazon’s terms. Even though I have spoken to over SEVEN customer service reps all agreeing saying it needs to be removed.
Does anyone have any tips or advice they would like to share in trying to get this review removed
