I received the welcome email, but when I try to login, I am met with:

“This account is not associated with a valid merchant/marketplace..
Please click this link to sign in again.”

I’ve tried different browsers, cleared cache and cookies, incognito in Chrome, android Chrome, they all give the same response.

Is there a waiting period or verification process that I am not aware of?

Thank you!

PS i’ve called customer support, and they all say they need to escalate and someone from amazon with email me within 24 hours, and no one ever does.

Just wait, we had a problem too a few years back, almost identical. They just said “we’ll fix it” and a few days later we were on.

try signing in from another computer/phone. If that works then it’s your cookies or browser
