For me the most irritating thing is the errors in the product catalog. There are gazillions of them. More are being added every day – mostly by beginners. And if I want to get one corrected, I have to fight with seller support, even on the obvious stuff like the book printed in 1000 AD and available in original shrink wrap. I’ve given up on getting them to correct all of the pages where the author was changed to “First Last”.
