What Is The Best Way To Transfer Shipments

I recently started a listing for my latest FBA shipment. I listed 10 items but then when I came to add further items the shipping location had changed. As the initial items are fairly low value its not worth sending them on their own so I was going to transfer them to the new shipment but am not sure what is the best way to go about this. Should I just cancel the original shipment & listings then start from scratch or would it work if I converted the items in my inventory to “Fulfilled By Merchant” & then convert them back again to FBA. I don’t want to complicate things & mess up my listings. I just wondered if anyone could advise the best way to go about it?

I have had this same problem on several occasion & found the easiest way is just to cancel the shipment, if as you state there are only a few items on the listing. The last time this happened I was in the middle of a shipment & my next listing moved to a different shipment only for the remainder of the items to revert back to the original one. I think this may have been because the rogue item was classed as “oversize” & assumed these were sent to a different depot with perhaps more space.

There should be a duplicate button. That will take all of the items identified on the shipment and create a new shipment plan, which you can continue to add items to. It does not copy the quantities, but that is easy enough to do.
