Has anyone been charged to sell certain name brands on Amazon by Amazon? I just got this screen during “Selling app for Brand: application:

” You are requesting approval to sell XXXXX brand items.

Submit required documents
- 3 different purchase invoices for XXXXX products from a manufacturer or distributor
- 1 letter from XXXXXX authorizing you to sell their products

Review and agree to the selling conditions
- Upon approval of your application, you agree to pay a non-refundable fee of $ 1000 USD.

They want $1000 for me to sell this brand on Amazon???? I have never heard of this.
