What do you do when a competing seller changes the image on your listing to something completely wrong? I can’t seem to change it back, and that shitty seller isn’t even involved anymore.

Arm yourself with the manufacturer’s website page or actual images of the item with the UPC.

Best thing to call seller support and tell them to use your listing image. If it I your own brand join brand registery. Then only you can change your listings

There’s a thing called detail page control. Apparently you don’t have it. Nobody has detail page control for every page, but some people do have it for some pages.
Amazon will help you but they must know that YOU are a seller on this item and that YOU tried to fix it.

Open a ticket with seller support - its what we did, they told us to make the amendments and let them know when done and they’ll approve them. Had to do it on about 12 different products.
