There’s probably like a 99% chance that the art is used without permission. I would not risk selling it. You could contact the artist and see if they gave permission for it to be used. So many huge companies have gotten busted selling unlicensed products, and they may be able to get away with it, but as a smaller seller you likely don’t have the resources to deal with the headache.
