Hi, when you are sending your shipment directly from the supplier in China to Amazon USA, what is the “Ship From” Address you give? Is it the Supplier’s China factory address? Does this matter to Amazon?

May I know which city your supplier locates? If not far from me, I can do the inspection and/or factory audit for you, you can hire me on Upwork, if you need my service, PM me for details, please. Thanks

I will recommend checking first few shipments yourself. If all of a sudden negative reviews start to come in, you need to have confidence that you inspected every thing yourself.

The supplier’s address. (Be sure to have it inspected before it leaves China.)

Thank you. Do you have any good recommendations for inspection companies? I have been struggling to find a decent one yet.

here are some of the inspection companies that have been recommended by various sellers: Trigo, Topwin and InspectGoods dot com. You could also contact Brian Pitchford [email protected]
Topwin’s website explains the process. The reason for using an inspection service is that once your products leave China, you have no way to get problems corrected and possibly no way to get refunds.
I “got religion” about inspection in February when, on the cusp of CNY, I discovered from inspection photos that either my agent or the supplier had disregarded my instructions to pack and test my products to meet Amazon’s requirements for packing glass products. If I hadn’t known about the oversight and required that they repack my shipment, Amazon could have destroyed my shipment and I might have been out some $7000.
