I have bought upc barcodes from speedy barcodes and nationwide barcodes and when checking on the GS1 website it shows that it is registered to a different company in the US. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I have already assigned a UPC to my product and it will be ready to be shipped this coming week from china, will amazon reject my shipment? Can anyone give some advice, still a FBA newbie here.

You can make a new listing and give the new fnsku you get to your supplier if its not too late

Using the upcoming, try adding the product to see if it is registered correctly

The good news is it’s in the GS1 database so Amazon just might not look any deeper.

The bad news is that if they discover what you discover, they could potentially pull the listing.

however,before finding this information out I had already entered this into amazon when creating my listing, will I be able to edit this and then issue a new UPC code to my supplier
