Product(s) Shipped with Tracking via Amazon Shipping Services

If an order was shipped with tracking via Amazon Shipping Services, and the buyer files a claim stating that they did not get their order, Amazon will cover the A-to-Z claim. Additionally, no claim notification is sent to the Seller and the claim is not included into the Order Defect Rate.
