There is some new Metric “Valid Tracking #”. I have a Yellow mark on mine, Why? I used Amazon Shipping exclusively to make sure the tracking # is there , But there was one Shipment to Puerto Rico (Out of over 100 sales) , which I had to go to PO and entered in the number directly since you cant using Amazon shipping to Puerto Rico. I gave the number, but it seemed it didnt take and now I am “Fair” on that metric

i use Endicia Postage. It is a lower rate than Amazon and i copy and paste the tracking number in on Amazon. It has worked for us and insurance is cheaper too.

You may have not entered the tracking info fast enough. I don’t have anything to back it up, but I think it has to be entered within 24 hours.

The Return Dissatisfaction rate is simply a tool for the seller to see how they are doing. It is not a metric that Amazon will suspend you for.

Could be several reasons
Not timely entered
Wrongly entered
Pre confirmed shipments (az no no)
Az glitch- contact them if you think so
Az details exactly how the metric is calculated
It is effective aka counts against you for all categories as of feb
