Buyer sent me a return request. Reason: item not received. Are they going to return me a dead fish? Of course usps shows delivered. No signature was required as total order was $29 for books. Does anyone know, will Amazon remove crappy retaliation feedback for not caving into refund and closing return request?

They will not. We need more details. Have you communicated with the customer? Was the request accompanied by any information or did they just choose “not received” and submit?
