I am shipping a small shipment (around 2 cum) from China and want to use Air Freight offered by UPS or DHL. Should I set up shipment myself through UPS or let the supplier handle it? I got a quote from UPS and it is about 35% lower than what the supplier quoted me.
I am wondering if I should handle the shipment myself or if I might miss something important.

Make sure the quote from UPS includes duties and taxes. That might be the difference.

I did include all if the applicable fees. I am just not sure how to set up pick up on China. Will UPS be able to pick up the shipment at the factory?

Also, I guess the supplier will have to label the boxes for UPS. That’s the part that confuses me right now
