Got another one. “What can I do about this? My shipment from China was seized by US Customs”. To which I asked “What was it?” and the answer was “Star Wars stuff”. PEOPLE!!!! You cannot buy non-counterfeit stuff like this from China ESPECIALLY anything to do with Disney. I do believe customs will destroy the shipment and the buyer will end up paying for them to do it.

I have legit Disney stuff and Amazon wont let me sell it. I could get Legit Star wars stuff and they wont let me sell that either

Serves them right. I wish more sites, buying venues, and anything to do with e-commerce took a more proactive approach with intellectual property rights. People need educated or at least warned of the consequences.

Location of manufacturing is irrelevant. When someone owns patents, trademarks, and copyrights, they own the rights to said products(s).

So let’s be clear about that then. Not because from china. Because manufacturer and distributor broke intellectual property law. A definition to help - Provincial: “a person of local or restricted interests or outlook”
