I received a notice saying my premium shipping was removed because of late deliveries. How can I control UPS and USPS? I can ship using the services, but j can’t get them to deliver on time. This was all during Christmas and they delivered items in 3 days instead of the next day and 2nd day requested. How can I solve this? Any ideas?

It’ll come back when your metrics go back above threshold. It’s really not a big deal and there’s nothing you can do about it but uphold your end and hope for the best.

As long as you got the items shipped out in time you will be OK.

But understand that Amazon will hold you responsible for delivery all the way to the customer, which of course, you have no way to control.

I was in a similar situation in November and didn’t understand why my shipping wasn’t meeting the standards and my metrics were in the toilet. I shipped priority within 24 hours. I found out that I didn’t understand what Amazon means when they say an item is “expedited” and I thought priority was expedited to be (embarrassingly) honest. So I had a call with seller support and they helped me set up new shipping templates that would accurately reflect the service I was providing. You can make as many templates as you want and attach them to specific items. Give them a call and get it sorted out. My metrics bounced back pretty quickly after making this switch. Hope this helps.
