Hey gang.
Two quick questions, I just added my first white label product to my Amazon seller account and it wouldn’t give me the FNSKUs to print, telling me “No items submitted”. After googling it looks like you get that error when not in Amazon FBA. However, when I try to move to Amazon FBA I was told that my product is under HAZMAT review. My questions are:
- Does that sound right to you?
- The Hazmat Review is no biggie, right? They just have someone check to make sure I am not selling battery acid lollipops, right? The product is already on Amazon in other places so hopefully not an issue.
Thoughts? Thank you for your help!

Nevermind, after more searching I think I can still fill out a version of the hazmat report and upload it, just the Hazmat Status Change report has changed. Sorry for the confusion.

I sent in the MSDS sheet and explained why my product isn’t actually hazmat. I never received any notification but the next day I was able to continue with my listing.

just fill out the hazmat or non-hazmat report and send it in. in a day or 2 they will clear you, and you can resume normal operation. they flagged me for my first 9 or 10 products. all non-hazmat.

once youre flagged, i’m pretty sure the only way out is sending those papers in. the process is real fast tho. they just want you to say there are no batteries, magnets, chemicals, etc etc etc.

Sad news, Amazon told me:
The Hazmat Status Change report is being deprecated and will no longer be available after January 2, 2016.
Please upload the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or the MSDS Exemption Sheet for your product under review by Amazon.
