I am just experiencing some thing now… someone just hijacked my listing, the same ASIN, Everything… because i ran out of stock… And my new shipment just entered Amazon today but not active yet… the product is not PL. Please what do i do to solve this?

nothing. The product is not PL and you dont own the listing, amazon does.

But apart from my brand logo and name on the product, how do i make it legal or register it in Amazon that this is my private label product. Please i need to do this before my next shipment….

If you are not selling a PL item, new sellers who list your exact item HAVE to use the existing listing for that product - in this case, it happens to be your listing. You can have unlimited number of sellers using your listing. That’s just the way amazon works.

You can open case(s). Eventually it does get resolved. Just went through 3 of the same issues.
